At the upcoming Aligned Wellness Event: Becoming ICONIC you can expect it ALL ~ it is a jammed packed day which includes 4.5 hours for your mind, body & soul!

Here's what you need to know about the day and what's included:
Abs & Booty session by the Iconic Duo:
~ The two Iconic Duo PT's - Caitlin @caitlinlouise.fit & Dani @fit.withdani will be taking you through an Abs & Booty workout and be prepared for that booty to be burning🔥
Guest Speakers:
~ Money Coach & Expert: Kim Kent @kimkent__ Part of being ICONIC in your own life is creating the best money mindset, management and relationship with money. Kim helps hundreds of woman become confident with their money, learn money skills and manifest money into their lives like never before.
A Self Development Session by the founder Alyce:
~ It’s time to live a life with intention. This self development workshop will show you how to step into your power with clarity, building confidence techniques and start becoming the MAIN CHARACTER of your life. It's time to take up space and be ICONIC in your own life.
Breathwork Session:
~ A breathwork session will take place at the end of the day to go inwards and connect with yourself. It will be done by one amazing breathwork facilitator. You will move through a series of breath techniques to relax, energise and bring your nervous system, mind and energy into a place of balance.

~ Make sure you bring your pillow & blanket for this because the only option is to be comfy & relaxed AF.
Connection and Brunch:
- Meet like-minded souls who want to STEP INTO THEIR POWER and become ICONIC in their own life all while being their most authentic self.
- A nourishing brunch & light refreshments will be provided during the session.
