Aligned Inner Wisdom is a new monthly meditation specialty class (days/times will vary) with Nikki Allen. These classes will be designed to attune us to the rhythms of nature. Each gathering will bring awareness to the turning of the seasons and the shifts in the stars, guiding us into presence, reflection, and alignment with the cycles that shape our lives.
October’s practice invites us to slow down and attune to the cycles of nature. As autumn gathers around us, we meet the season of harvest with presence, gratitude, and reflection. Through meditation and slow/ restorative mindful movement, we pause to notice what has ripened in our lives, honor the abundance we carry, and create space to release what no longer serves. Together, we’ll root into stillness, breathe with awareness, and open to the wisdom that the turning of the seasons offers.
In this season of harvest, we gather not only what the earth has offered, but also the quiet wisdom of our journeys. Gratitude becomes our prayer, and reflection, our sacred fire.
Please wear comfortable clothing bring a journal and water .
