Join Kathleen Barry's Align + Flow class on Monday, August 5th at 9:30 am for a special live music guest!Established in 2002, Third Seven, is an international touring one-man cello artist from Oregon led by Billy Mickelson. Billy has 20+ years of international touring and performing experience, sharing adaptable, vulnerability, and beautiful accompaniment in everything from punk rock shows to yoga classes.
Kathleen began teaching power yoga in 2018, becoming a full time yoga teacher in 2022. While she loves to be a student, teaching full time has become one of the most challenging and rewarding practices thus far. Her practice has shifted from rigorous daily asana to learning how to rest. In an effort to honor the ebbs and flows of life, injury, and mental health, Kathleen’s teaching style mirrors her practice: leveraging methods to ground the nervous system, nourish the body, and bring equanimity to the mind.
Join Kathleen and Billy for this special offering of vinyasa flow plus live music as a way to deepen presence through movement and melody.
