Welcome to Align & Shine 2025! Join us at the beautiful Noor Studio and Gallery for an afternoon filled with inspiration, growth, and connection. This quarterly in-person event is designed to help you align with your true self and shine brightly. On the afternoon of the 5th, we'll hear from Sherri Danzig and enjoy a sound meditation with Sue Huss. Start your weekend relaxed, energized and empowered!

Meet Sherri Danzig, who took a bold leap over three decades ago, pivoting from a successful career in the food industry to follow her true calling as a wellness professional: first as a Neuromuscular Therapist and later as a global wellness entrepreneur. Sherri is the visionary CEO behind Choosing Vibrancy, and a sought-after self-care mentor known for helping people reclaim their energy, confidence, and wellbeing through simple and sustainable practices.

Her mission is to inspire and educate the world on the power of natural Self-Care solutions, a passion that led her to create her signature program, Self-Care Mastery. This course has become a transformational pathway for people ready to deepen their relationship with themselves and prioritize their wellbeing in meaningful, lasting ways.

Through her work, Sherri has touched the lives of thousands, boosting their health and vitality to new heights. Her deep curiosity about the body-mind connection has made her a lifelong student of both the science and art of personal empowerment.

A lifetime of synchronicity has led Sue to explore and deepen her spiritual connection in pursuit of her purpose, self discovery and spiritual awakening. This process, driven by curiosity and divine guidance, has resulted in healing and clearing emotional baggage, pain and trauma both past and present. The more she healed herself, the more she was drawn to help and heal others.

Today, she is a Reiki master and certified sound practitioner. On this special afternoon she will lead us in a one-of-a-kind experience for mind, body and spirit!

This is more than a meditation—it’s an oasis to raise your energy and frequency, helping you release stress, restore balance and reconnect. Unlike some forms of meditation that involve focusing or controlling your thoughts, sound meditation works passively. The sounds do the work, and all you need to do is listen and relax. No experience required.
