A guided experience designed to clear what’s heavy, realign your energy, and reconnect you to your breath. We begin with optional shamanic plant offerings (Hapé & Sananga) and an energetic clearing to ground and open your intention. You’ll move through transformational breathwork, and a sound journey using drum, chimes, and crystal bowls to help integrate and restore balance. No heavy meals 2 hours prior
