Align & Envision: A Yoga, Pilates & Vision-Boarding Workshop
Kickstart your year with clarity, intention, and embodied movement. Flow to Form is an immersive afternoon workshop that blends yoga, reformer Pilates, and vision boarding to help you align your body and expand your vision for the year ahead..
Led by lululemon ambassadors Cassie and Steffi, the session will include 30 minutes of soulful yoga to ground, energise, and reconnect you to your body. Plus 30 minutes of reformer Pilates to strengthen, stabilise, and step into your power (with a switch-over halfway so everyone experiences both teachers).
Once the body is aligned, we shift into possibility: a guided vision-boarding session to get intentional about what you’re calling in for 2026 - goals, feelings, habits, dreams. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and inspired to move forward with purpose.
This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to reset, realign, and design the future they want to create.
