About this Event

Alice Hoffman is returning to Lovestruck to celebrate the love of favorite furry companions in

Alongside contributing writer Laura Zigman, Alice will be discussing the charming collection of essays as well as the inspiration behind gathering these unforgettable tales of dogs.

We’re celebrating the special dog in your life with a lineup of tail-wagging activities! Create a custom bandana with iron-on puppy patches, pen a heartfelt note at our “Love Letter to a Labrador” station (complete with paw-print stamps), and pick up a special treat to take home to your pup. Please note that while we’re celebrating dogs, this event is for humans only so (sadly) we ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

To purchase your very own hardcover copy of The Best Dog in the World: Essays on Love, be sure to select that ticket option at Eventbrite checkout.

Stick around for the signature and salutations portion of the evening! Personalizations are limited to one per attendee.

From the joy of welcoming a new puppy to the heartache of saying goodbye to a beloved friend, if you've ever been fur-ever touched by the love of a dog, this evening is for you!
