Join Belly Dance World and Hayet Amer, a talented Algerian dancer, for a weekend of workshops that introduce you to the movements and rhythms of traditional and modern Algerian dance.
The classes will focus on key elements like fluid movements, isolations, and the connection to rhythm.
Hayet will guide you through graceful steps, teaching you how to express emotion through dance in a way that reflects the spirit of Algerian culture.
This workshop is open to dancers of all levels. Come and experience the art of Algerian dance in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
Doors open – 10:45am (please arrive early to fill in a quick health questionnaire)
Workshops start - 11am
Event ends – 3pm
Ticket price: Free (Thanks to Arts Council England and Belly Dnce World)
Soft drinks and snacks available to purchase on site.
