Alfredo Garcia (better known as social media sensation Freddsters) is a first-generation Mexican American, born in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas and raised in Chicago. About the Author

Alfredo Garcia has been a full-time content creator since 2021. Before that, he was a private chef for multiple MLB players. His love of cooking is inspired by the strong women in his family, especially his mother, grandmother, and aunts. He'd watch them as they’d make chilaquiles (easily his all time favorite meal), tacos, and every kind of salsa you can imagine.
