Join us at the beautiful Serra Retreat in Malibu. Alexander Technique Retreat aims to create an intensive 5-day learning experience. There will be large and small group sessions and individual Alexander lessons. Optional classes will be offered in related studies such as Yoga, Alexander Technique in Daily Activities, Sports Skills, Relaxation, Authentic Movement, Voice, and Performance Skills.
We have a performance night on New Year's Eve and a fun party open to all. It's an amazing setting for learning with great food and wonderful people!
