Alex Hartzler Wilder's 2nd Chance Foundation's Silent Auction

On December 21, 2024 our dear Alex (AJ) Hartzler Wilder suddenly, tragically and unexpectedly passed away. Our family is hoping to continue his legacy through his joy in giving back to others by establishing a scholarship foundation in his name.

Dunwoody School of Technology was a place that meant a lot to Alex. It is here where he first found success that gave him confidence to soar. He earned his Associates Degree and was so fueled by the success he felt that he stayed and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. To provide funds to those seeking to better their lives by attending Dunwoody School of Technology, we are trying to establish a scholarship fund to be awarded to deserving students each semester. In order to set up this endowment, we are hosting an event complete with a silent/live auction.

Hosted by close friend Kent Hrbek, Alex Hartzler Wilder 2nd Chance Foundation's Silent Auction will be held on Sunday 7/27/25 at JD Hoyt’s from 3:00-7:00pm. In addition to appealing items available for bidding, food and drink will be provided & musical entertainment included.
