Alencia Johnson is an award-winning social impact advisor and cultural commentator. She is the founder of 1063 West Broad --a media and social impact consultancy leading at the intersection of culture, impact, and purpose. Alencia had advised the presidential campaigns of Vice President Kamala Harris, President Joe Biden, Senator Elizabeth Warren and President Barack Obama, in addition to her work with leading advocacy groups like Planned Parenthood Federation of America, entertainers, brands and corporations. She is regularly seen on MSNBC, CNN, and ABC, and has been featured in NPR, Washington Post, ESSENCE, Glamour and more. Alencia is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a Virginia native.
Tanya Sam hosts the influential Money Moves podcast, powered by the Greenwood platform. Through this platform, she promotes financial literacy within black and brown communities. She has worked as an Oncology nurse practitioner at prestigious institutions, and in her role as Director of Partnerships at TechSquare Labs, Tanya mentors over 60 companies founded by women and minority entrepreneurs.
