ALE HOUSE ROCKDo I need to be able to sing? - NO! That's all part of the fun.
Is it different to the singalong? - YES! We'll pick apart a couple of songs per week, delve a bit deeper and create a bit of order and harmony, split the group into sections, call and response that kind of thing...
What songs will we sing? - Popular ones with lots of nice bits you can hum, holler, sing or harmonise with.
When is it? - I'm going to trial 3 sessions, Thurs 12 Sept 7.30pm, Thurs 17th Oct 7.30pm, Thurs 14th Nov 7.30pm. Aiming for different songs at each session.
Where is it? The upstairs room of The Pegasus Arms. 14 Oxford Terrace (Near the hospital)
Is there a cover charge? Yes - 10 Bucks a head, per session. (Cash, QR code payment if you use apple / Google pay, or grab my acc details and do it online) Door sales only, no advance tickets at this stage.- see note on 'booking' below.
Do we need to book? Technically from my perspective, No, however, like the singalong if you want to have a table / seat, grab a meal etc, I advise that it would be a good idea to have a chat with the bar directly.
Will there be a Facebook event? - YES, HERE
Can anyone come? - YES, the more the merrier
Can we get food and drink? - Yes, just like the singalong, order from the bar.
Can I have more info? - YES, This isn’t going to be St Paul’s cathedral choir, It’s all going to be a bit loose, a bit of a rabble-rouser, but most importantly a good laugh and a good social. I’m not planning to directly copy any current format of other Pub Choirs, this will be an extension of the way I roll at my singalongs, I'll put my own spin on it and we'll evolve and grow it together
