Alcohull Free: Introduction to Padel

Dry January doesn’t have to be about sitting things out — it can be about trying something new, moving your body, and stepping a little outside your comfort zone.

On Thursday 22nd January at 6pm, we’re heading to East Coast Padel on National Avenue, Hull for a relaxed and welcoming introduction to padel. Whether you’ve never picked up a bat before or you’ve played a little and want to tune up your skills, this session is open to everyone.

Padel is fast, social, and easy to pick up — no pressure, no expectations, just a chance to get moving and have a go. It’s all about starting the year with a bit of energy, trying something different, and reminding ourselves that alcohol-free months can still be fun, active, and social.

All abilities welcome. Just turn up, get involved, and enjoy it.
