Class Overview:
We will collectively be creating a 3-piece jewelry set to include earrings, a pendant, & a bracelet. Laurie of Sea Art by Lali will provide all the materials needed, 2 hours of instruction, & an instruction sheet. She will bring premade alcohol ink pallets in a variety of colors to choose from as well. Be prepared to have fun & be amazed at all the beautiful pieces you create!

Note: We will be using a strong metal/jewelry glue (much like crazy glue) will provide gloves as an option as well as pickups/tweezers.

Drinks and charcuterie will be provided, as well as a special treat!

Artist Bio - Sea Art by Lali:

I have always loved creating. My passion began at a young age, when I made miniature wine goblets out of chalk, complete with carved details and handles. I was also deeply inspired by my grandfather, Pop-Pop, who had an incredible talent for painting with acrylics and hand-carving clocks and frames. Dogwoods were his favorite flowers to paint, and to this day, they always remind me of him. Creativity seems to run in our family—my son is also an incredibly gifted artist. His ability to study an image, absorb it, and recreate it even more beautifully is truly remarkable.
I have taken several creative breaks throughout my life, but more than 10 years ago, after meeting my true soulmate, Ed, I dove back into making art. Together, we completed several meaningful home renovation projects, which reignited my passion for creating. Since then, I have continued to expand my portfolio—following one artistic “rabbit hole” after another, as many artists do. I think it’s safe to say that artists often see everyday objects differently: we imagine what they could become, form a concept in our minds, and bring it to life. I often joke, while pointing to my head, “This thing never shuts off."
This inspiration led me to share my love of creativity through workshops. I’m continually amazed by the ideas and collaboration that happen in each class. In every workshop, someone offers a fresh perspective that makes me think, “I love that!” The finished pieces participants create are always truly amazing.
