Artist’s statement:This is Ranu Chakraborty, I am a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for sharing the process of creating handcrafted projects with others. Driven by an enduring passion for art, despite the challenges of living far from the city, graduated with first-class honours in Fine Art from the College of Art in India. With a rich tapestry of 25 years as an independent artist, my recent academic pursuit led to a Diploma in Animation Concept Art from Vancouver Film School. My creative expressions have been showcased and celebrated in exhibitions throughout Canada, the U.S., and India, with several pieces acquired in and around Vancouver and my homeland. In addition to creating custom art, I share my expertise in drawing, paper craft, watercolour, acrylic painting, and alcohol ink and digital work through personalised teaching sessions.

What’s the Investment for this workshop?
The investment is only $55 per person for this unique workshop which includes all the materials, that means you just bring your imagination and creativity, and we will take care of the rest. We’ll create four art pieces together. The first three will experiment with different techniques, and the fourth piece will be a final artwork that you can frame and take home. There will be light refreshments waiting for you as well.
