What to Expect:
Introduction: Our facilitator will explain the process and participants will share their intentions.
Setting Up: A volunteer will choose participants to represent family members related to their issue.
Positioning: The volunteer arranges representatives to visually represent family dynamics.
Exploration: Representatives share their feelings and sensations, revealing hidden family dynamics.
Facilitator Guidance: The facilitator will guide the session, asking questions and making adjustments to shift dynamics towards resolution.
Resolution: Healthier configurations for the representatives are found, offering insights for the volunteer.
Closing: Participants will share experiences, reflect, and conclude with a grounding exercise.
Client Position (Subject) - €85:
As a client, you are the focal point of the session, delving into personal issues and unresolved traumas. This role offers deep and personalized insights, leading to profound personal transformation and healing.
Regular Participant (Representative) - €60:
As a representative, you engage with the family constellations method by stepping into the roles of family members or aspects of the issues explored by other participants. This role is lighter in intensity but still offers valuable insights into your own subconscious patterns.
