Grief can be one of our most powerful teachers when we have the courage to fully feel it.In this intimate 3-hour workshop, we’ll gather in a safe, nurturing space to honor the many layers of our grief and transform them into a greater capacity for love.
This ceremony is crafted to help you embrace your emotions, honor the love that once was, and release what no longer serves you, and create space for deeper self-compassion and connection.
Grief comes in many layers and forms, touching us in ways we might not always recognize. It can arise from loss, like the death of a loved one, but also from life transitions, unmet expectations, or the ending of relationships. Grief can be anticipatory, grieving something before it even happens, or disenfranchised, when our pain isn’t fully acknowledged by others. It often moves through stages—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance—though not always in a linear way. Each layer invites us to feel, process, and ultimately transform our sorrow into deeper understanding and self-compassion.
What to Expect:
Tea Ceremony: To open the heart, and invite the presence of grief to come forward.
Somatic Process: Body-based cathartic practice to fully feel and express emotions.
Heart Wall Dearmoring: Dive deep into the layers of protection you've built around your heart and gently dismantle them.
Vocal Activation: Healing through song and sound healing
Breathwork: To help bring emotions to the surface and also to self regulate.
EFT Tapping: Down regulate the nervous system and integrate the experience.
Silent Walking Meditation: For self reflection, introspection and to help further digest the experiece
Nature Ritual: Grounding practice to complete our journey in nature to allow the elements to support the healing and transformation.
