As the holiday season approaches, take a moment to pause and find calm amid life’s busyness. This 90-minute sound bath invites you to immerse yourself in deep relaxation and presence, creating space for tranquility and renewal. Let the healing sounds of sacred instruments—crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more—wash over you, soothing your mind and body. These gentle yet powerful vibrations will guide you into a state of peace, allowing you to release stress and tension while centering your energy for the season ahead.
What to Bring: We’ll provide yoga mats and blankets for each person, but feel free to bring your own. For added comfort, we suggest bringing a pillow, eye mask, or personal items like crystals or talismans.
Please Note: Arrive about 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and get settled. To honor everyone’s experience, late entry will not be allowed once the sound bath starts.
