ALCHEMY: Embodied Play is a luxurious community practice space. It's a chance to entice ourselves home, remembering the joy of aliveness, connection and transmuting our life lessons into gold.Using a range of trauma-informed techniques, we will grow our capacity to listen to our bodily ways of knowing, and expand our abilities to cultivate inner space, deeper presence and awareness and to resonate with the heart song of the world.
We will explore nervous system regulation practices, somatic tracking, Scaravelli-inspired and gentle restorative movement, journalling and play to support a rich, sensory experience.
We are tribal beings and our hearts sing when we are in connection with one another. Join me for a playful approach to embodiment ~ connecting with ourselves and with each other, and finding ease in ourselves and how we move through life. When we align with all of ourselves ~ heart, soul, body, mind ~ we become instruments to the song of the world.
