Join Emmy and Chantal for Alchemy, a three-hour somatic immersion designed for the high-capacity human. This is a high-energy, heart-first space where we use the body and the breath to bridge the gap between "running on fumes" and "fueled and on fire." This isn't a "polite" wellness workshop; it’s a raw, honest shift designed to move the stagnant stress out of your tissues and clear the mental fog of burnout.

What We’ll Do

• Somatic Movement: We’ll use movement with affirmations to shake off the pressure that responsibility leaves in your body.
