The combination of holistic healing modalities on this retreat aim to heal the deeper spiritual and emotional wounds that we carry...to release the energetics of them from the body, to alchemize the pain as we take time to dive within ourselves to receive powerful self-realizations and healing.
This life is full of challenges and we have all been hurt in some way. To protect us from feeling too much pain, we put up layers - layers that push us away from our own light.
On this retreat, we acknowledge the protection layers and learn ways to safely and slowly release their stored energy from our body through somatic methods.
