Tune into yourself through the guided experience of contemplation, meditation and poetry writing.
In this fortnightly workshop, you will be gently guided into your deeper self before being invited to express your internal world onto the page.
You may like to write keywords or prose, or you may like to draw.
Using the contents of your inner life, now on paper, you will be invited to intuitively craft a poem.
External creative stimuli will be available for you to blend with your inner world, or you may wish to only connect with yourself.
We will then move into reflective sharing, where you may like to share your poem or experience during the session. Alternatively, you may simply prefer to listen to the experiences of others.
The theme of the first session is:
“It was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness.”

Sessions will run fortnightly on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm beginning October 1, held at Trainscendence: Unit 6/48 Easey Street, Collingwood.
