Alchemical Breathwork & Beats

Join us, as your facilitator, David combines breathwork, bodywork and beats. This create a space for personal transformation through tapping into your own intuition. David will offer you the guidance to safely enter into higher states of consciousness and you will carry the key for how deep you would like to go. These are tools that you will be able to use after the class to help deal with stress, with pain, or self exploration for a lifetime of healing.

What happens during transcendental breath?

There are certain breathing patterns that we can use to override our mental program to access higher states on consciousness. Through using into a three part breath, you mind begins to clear, oxygen is brought to areas of your body that clutched to old problems which releases them to allow new pathways to form. It leaves you with a broader perspective on your place in the world and helps to dissolve the perceived weights on your soul. You will leave feeling light and more in touch with your inner beauty.

What should I bring?

Bring anything to make yourself as comfortable as possible. A yoga mat, blankets, eye pillows, even massage tools to use at the end.
