Join Albany Medical College students for our next CHOP (Cooking Healthy Options with Patients) session, where we’ll celebrate the flavors of the season!

Together we’ll cook with fresh, seasonal produce to create recipes that are nourishing, high in fiber, and packed with healthy fats. All dishes will be vegetarian-friendly, and at the end you’ll get to enjoy the meal you helped prepare—bringing the best of early fall right to your plate.
