Jammella Anderson + Free Food Fridge Albany will be hosting a series of interactive cooking classes with community chefs/food lovers in collaboration with the Honest Weight Food Coop. We will be using low intervention, familiar and easily accessible foods that are both healthy and delicious. Attendees will help prepare and enjoy the meals at the end of the workshops. All are welcome!
