About this Event

Youth ages 10-24 and their families are welcome to join CITC's Prevention Team for a self-guided tour at the Alaska Native Heritage Center. We will start the trip by meeting at the Prevention Annex (713 Northway Drive) and we will drive together to ANHC. As a group we'll immerse into culture, tradition and nature as we tour the center and stroll around Lake Tiulana through the village sites. After the tour we will eat lunch together and reflect on the stories we learned from different cultural artifacts and exhibitions.

Please bring your CIB card if you have one and your Alaska state ID, as they will need these for admission. Lunch and light snacks will be provided.

Transportation for participants ages 10-24 will be available. Family members not in this age range are welcome to take their own transportation to ANHC.
