It’s back! Sip and stroll your way through our historic downtown district tasting premium local and international rum selections served neat. Enjoy an evening filled with craft spirits live music and a few tasty bites while learning about the unique styles from the distillers.

Select this VIP experience before the main stroll from 5-6pm at Dragon Rouge. Enjoy a one of a kind tasting and presentation by rum enthusiast Edward Hamilton. More than thirty years ago Edward Hamilton began visiting Caribbean rum distilleries while sailing the islands in pursuit of his favorite spirit. After authoring several books the Ministry of Rum website and writing for magazines including Drinks Yachting and others he has appeared on the Today Show and CBS Sunday Morning. In 2023 he founded Caribbean Spirits Inc to bring the best of the islands to the US and rum lovers around the world. Also a local favorite Michael Thanos from Forbidden Island will be discussing their unique rum blend and offering a rum and cocktail tasting.
