Financial Clarity as a Leadership Tool: Sustaining Your Organization with Limited Resources

Presenter: Jasmine S. Galloway

Nonprofit leaders are often asked to do more with less while navigating financial sustainability and funding uncertainty. This session explores how financial clarity functions as a leadership tool—helping leaders make informed decisions, prioritize limited resources, and confidently communicate financial realities to boards and funders.

From Strategy to Action: Activating Movement-Building Fundraising

Presenter: Josh Jacobson

Building on the recent session Smart Strategies for Fundraising, this workshop focuses on translating strategy into clear, practical fundraising actions. Participants will work through concrete tactics they can immediately apply to campaigns, appeals, and donor engagement—aligning messaging, storytelling, and outreach to strengthen relationships and sustain support. Designed for leaders ready to move from strong ideas to consistent execution.

From Burnout to Belonging: Well-being and Engagement

Presenter: Lisa Withers
