About this Event: Join us at Amalfi’s Rooftop Bar for an evening celebrating the bold, modern spirit of Adriatico Amaretto. Inspired by Southern Italy and crafted with roasted Adriatic almonds, Adriatico reimagines a classic Italian liqueur through a contemporary lens.

From 4–5PM, enjoy a complimentary tasting experience and discover the distinctive character of Adriatico Amaretto through curated samples and signature pours at the Amalfi entrance.

From 5–8PM, acclaimed bartender Al Sotack takes over the rooftop bar for an exclusive guest shift. Known for his inventive approach to cocktails and deep industry influence, Al will be serving a special menu of drinks featuring Adriatico Amaretto, showcasing unexpected flavor combinations and a fresh take on Italian cocktail culture.

As the sun sets, settle into the rooftop atmosphere with a live DJ set by Nick Comaratta, bringing an energetic soundtrack to the evening. Whether you’re an amaro enthusiast, cocktail lover, or simply looking for a memorable summer night, this is your chance to experience expertly crafted cocktails, music, and aperitivo culture above the city.

About Al Sotack:
Al Sotack is an acclaimed bartender, writer, and hospitality innovator best known as the co-founder of Brooklyn cocktail destination Jupiter Disco. A veteran of some of New York’s most influential bar programs, including Death & Co, Al has built a reputation for boundary-pushing cocktails that balance technical precision with playful creativity. His work has been featured across leading food and beverage publications, and he is widely recognized for shaping contemporary cocktail culture through both his hospitality and editorial work.

About Adriatico Amaretto:
Born in Puglia, Adriatico Amaretto is a modern interpretation of Italy’s iconic almond liqueur, crafted using handpicked Filippo Cea almonds from the Adriatic coast. Made with natural ingredients and lower in sugar than traditional amaretto, Adriatico delivers layered notes of roasted almond, sea salt, cinnamon, cacao, and Mediterranean spice.
