The Venue:

BLU-Tique Hotel Akron, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is the only hotel inside the city and the only one in Northeast Ohio with an eye trained on jazz, blues, and soul. Guests experience our revolutionary concept whenever they enter their room, dine in our on-site restaurant & lounge, or visit the speakeasy-inspired BLU Jazz+ Nightclub located across the street from the hotel.

The Menu:

Fatal Garden

Mixed field greens with shaved carrots, watermelon radish, pomegranate arils, and toasted slivered almonds. Finished with house poppyseed dressing.

Root of All Evil

Creamy goat cheese polenta served alongside slow-braised short rib. Accompanied by roasted

asparagus with wild mushrooms in thyme-infused jus and blistered heirloom tomatoes.

Poison Apple Tart

Buttery caramel apple tart served with fresh whipped cream.
