Tervetuloa akrojoogaamaan! Jamit ovat kaikille avoimet harjoitukset eli jameissa ei ole opetusta. Jameihin ovat tervetulleita kaiken tasoiset akrojoogit.

Welcome to acroyoga! The jams are open practice - there is no organized teaching. The jams are open for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced acroyogis.

On Sundays (7.9.-21.12.2025) from 4 pm to 7 pm
WHERE?
Chikara Judo at Sturenkatu 25. Entry from Virtaintie. Stairs up to top floor.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
5 € per jams
4 € per jams for the members of the Acro Yoga Association of Finland (Become a member: https://urly.fi/3y1A)
