This is a comprehensive, intensive, one day session, and will take you right down to basics - casting a microscope over all of your business financials and rebuilding your service costs from scratch, to actually set you up for success.

A little about me and where this workshop came from...
I'm Steph - I have been a nail tech since 2020, and also a professional nail product distributor since 2023. In a past life, I was in the corporate world as the Confectionery Category Manager for Mars, with a BSc in Statistics under my belt. I have a great love for numbers and analytics, and while I thought I had closed that door on that part of my brain when I ventured into the nail industry...
At the start of this year, I decided enough was enough with my salon business, after only just making ends week, after week, after week.
So, I sat down and meticulously went through all of my business costs all the way down to product per service, to understand better how I should be pricing my services
As someone in the "upper" end of the industry, I didn't think I would need to make that big of a change... but my calculations spat out a horrifying hourly rate. Immediately I thought, if this is the case for me, it definitely is the case for many more! And so the Path to Profit workshop was born.
While this workshop has been built from the perspective of the nail industry, any service-based business will benefit from this workshop. And anywhere the tool doesn't cater to your needs - I will be in there making edits and upgrades to suit exactly what you require to set you up for success.

Payment is available via Online Eftpos, Bank Transfer, AfterPay AND weekly payment plan.
