Get ready for an intense battle of strength, endurance, discipline, and determination!
On Saturday, November 21, 2026, Bars for Bars Calisthenics LLC brings together two powerful competitors, Akeem Supreme and Abu Asada, for a head-to-head calisthenics showdown at Jersey Calisthenics Meetups Gym in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey.
This isn’t your ordinary fitness event. Two athletes will go head-to-head through a demanding series of strength and endurance challenges designed to test their physical limits, mental toughness, and ability to perform under pressure.
THE CHALLENGE
Competitors will face five demanding movements:
- 10 Barbell Burpees – 225 lbs
- 10 Weighted Pull-Ups – 90 lbs
- 15 Weighted Dips – 90 lbs
- 10 Barbell Squats – 315 lbs
- 10 Muscle-Ups
The announced format consists of three consecutive rounds. The first athlete to successfully complete the challenge wins!
