Akashic Sound Bath

Come and experience a symphony of soothing sounds created by crystal tone singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, etc. Each instrument is carefully played to produce deep, resonant vibrations that promote a state of calm and well-being.

Allow the waves of sound to guide you into a meditative state, helping to release stress, balance energy, and enhance emotional clarity.

No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are and let the sounds envelop you, creating a space for personal reflection and tranquility.

Allow an open heart and mind so that you may experience what is uniquely needed for you in the present moment.

I will be tuning into the Akashic Records for the collective, using frequencies infused with Quantum and Sekmet Reiki. Sending Reiki and healing codes infused with sound. Allowing you to go on an inner journey for what your soul is calling and needing at the present moment.

*There will be an incense of copal or pala santo being used. In case any one has an allergy to it. If you do please let us know ahead of time.

Please give yourself time to settle in arriving 5 mins early. We have lockers to lock your belongs in. We will have a few minutes of intro before beginning the sound bath. Doors will lock at 7:05pm

Things to Bring

• Wear comfortable clothes
• You may bring your own yoga mat, however there will be yoga mats available to use
• Bring a blanket and a pillow if you like for comfort during the sound bath
• Eye masks will be provided for those that would like one to use
• For anyone who is not able to lie down we do have 2 chairs availble so that you may still relax and enjoy the experience *please let me know via email when you purchase your ticket so that I may setup the space for you. Thank you in advance
