This extraordinary event will feature limited seating — only 80 guests per night — making it a rare dining experience in the heart of Oklahoma City. This year’s Kaitai Show offers more than just dinner, it’s an elevated evening of Japanese tradition, fine craftsmanship, and celebration. Guests will enjoy a four-course seated dinner enhanced with complimentary amuse-bouche and refreshing intermezzos, curated to showcase the artistry of Executive Chef Yukio Kamada.

• Time: 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. each night

Evening Schedule

5:30 p.m. – Doors open with complimentary appetizers; cocktails available for purchase

6:30 p.m. – Maguro Kaitai performance: Chef Yukio Kamada masterfully breaks down a whole Blue Fin Tuna, sharing the centuries-old Japanese tradition of tuna cutting

7:00 p.m. – Four-course seated dinner featuring exquisite tuna dishes and curated accompaniments, paired with amuse-bouche and palate-cleansing intermezzos throughout the evening

10:00 p.m. – Evening close, or stay for a celebratory after-party
