AKAI Sushi Maguro Kaitai Show

Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience on October 16th and 17th at AKAI Sushi, where you'll witness the rare art of Maguro Kaitai, or tuna cutting, led by our executive chef, Chef Shinichi Okamoto. With only 80 tickets available per evening, this exclusive event is your chance to enjoy an intimate evening of exquisite flavors, fine craftsmanship, and lively entertainment.

• Dates: October 16th and 17th (Choose your preferred date when selecting tickets)
• Time: 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. each night
• Tickets: $150 per person – Limited to 80 guests per evening

5:30 p.m. – Doors open for appetizers and drinks.

6:30 p.m. – The Kaitai Show begins: Chef Shinichi Okamoto will skillfully break down a Blue Fin Tuna, guiding you through the art and tradition of this centuries-old practice.

7:00 p.m. – A dinner featuring fresh tuna dishes and curated appetizers, all prepared from the fish presented in the show with select rolls, appetizers, and entrees available.

10:00 p.m. – Evening close, or join us for an after-party to toast to the experience.
