An exclusive debut: The Red, Black & White Wine Dinner at AKAI
Join us for the very first event of AKAI’s new Wine Dinner Series — an intimate, five-course culinary experience designed to celebrate bold flavors, exceptional wines and elevated hospitality. On March 12th, step inside AKAI’s Private Dining Room for an exclusive evening limited to just 14 guests. The Red, Black & White Wine Dinner is a curated journey through refined Japanese cuisine, thoughtfully paired with distinctive wines from around the world.
This evening blends an intimate atmosphere with a luxury, chef-driven experience. Seats are extremely limited and are expected to sell out quickly. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable evening of flavor, wine and connection.

Evening Schedule
- 6:00 PM – Doors open, guests are welcomed into the private dining room with a glass of Argyle Brüt (Willamette Valley, Oregon).
- 6:30 PM – The five-course wine pairing experience begins promptly. Doors close at 6:30 PM to preserve the flow of service.
- Each course will be served approximately 15–20 minutes apart, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed, thoughtfully paced dining experience.
- 9:30 PM – Evening Concludes
