Taking place during our Festive Season (December 20 - January 5), Aspen Gay Ski Week (January 13-19) and winter/spring (February 10 - April 13), you can celebrate the season in style. Indulge in premium caviar service, exceptional wines, and our Ajax Tavern staples during your 2.5-hour dining experience. Thursday through Sunday, enjoy the added ambiance of live DJ entertainment. Choose between seating times of 12 pm or 2:45 pm. Entertainment Days (Thursday - Sunday)
- $300++ per person minimum (four-person minimum)
- Includes: 100g Ossetra Caviar, Seafood Tower, Premium Bottle of Wine, and Truffle Fries (applied towards the minimum spend)
Non-Entertainment Days (Monday - Wednesday)
- $150++ per person minimum (four-person minimum)
- Includes: 30g Ossetra Caviar and Premium Bottle of Wine (applied towards the minimum spend)
All reservations are honored rain or shine unless the patio is closed by Ajax Tavern. Please note our 72-hour cancellation policy for Entertainment Package reservations ($150 per person fee) and 48-hour policy for Standard Package reservations ($50 per person fee). The price listed does not include tax or gratuity.
