Ajapa Japa meditation workshop

Ajapa Japa meditation is a yogic practice where you silently repeat a mantra in coordination with your natural breath, without deliberate effort. Ajapa japa means the mantra begins to flow automatically with the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation—eventually becoming continuous, even outside formal meditation.

It helps calm the mind, deepen awareness, and connect breath, mantra, and consciousness into a natural meditative state.

Over time, this practice cultivates a deeper connection to your true self, helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and grace. Embracing the stillness within through mantra can be a transformative practice, opening the door to serenity and balance in a chaotic world.

A mala will be required for this workshop. You can buy one on eBay or purchase it from me.
