Aistear workshop: Exploring Education for Sustainable Development

Overview

These workshops aim to provide educators a shared space to explore, reflect, and deepen their understanding of Aistear in a collaborative and meaningful way that reflects their lived experiences and unique contexts.

Workshop 4: Exploring Education for Sustainable Development in Practice.

In this Aistear Workshop we will discuss Aistear: Early Childhood Curriculum Framework and its relationship with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).

This workshop provides opportunities for educators to explore how sustainability is already embedded within high-quality early childhood practice and to consider how they can further strengthen it through their curriculum, relationships, environments and interactions.

Booking Criteria:

• This training is open to all ELC educators & childminders
• Educators and childminders within Dublin City will be prioritised (if this criteria does not apply to you, your booking may be cancelled)
• Booking is on a first come, first served basis
• Booking is limited to two people per service
