​​Priyamvada Govil is a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Amazon with over 16 years of experience in the tech industry. Beginning her career in 2008 as a developer, Priya transitioned into the testing domain and has since excelled in various QA roles across four major Amazon organizations: AWS, Marketplace, Amazon Business, and Amazon Health Services. She is recognized for her expertise in scaling testing efforts, optimizing the QA process to achieve a remarkable QA/dev ratio of 1:18, and building QA teams from the ground up, including hiring and process development. Currently, Priya focuses on integrating AI-specific tools through her SDETs and enhancing existing tools to drive efficiency. Outside of her professional achievements, Priya is a devoted mother to two young girls and is passionate about dance, both as a dancer and a dance teacher.
