AIM Ireland Connects: Mastering the Future of Irish Music Production

AIM Ireland Connects presents the latest evening in its series of network events, bringing together Ireland's independent music sector. The next event, hosted at Camden Recording Studios in Dublin on Thursday October 9th, will focus on the production and studio sector of the industry and feature a fireside interview with 17-time Grammy winning mix engineer, Tom Elmhirst.

The event will also discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the sector in today's industry through a panel discussion featuring representatives from studio owners to independent producers.

Tom Elmhirst is a 17-time Grammy winner, a Primetime Emmy winner and Oscar nominated winning mixer, who will discuss his career in the industry in a one-on-one fireside interview. Previously based out of Electric Lady studios in New York before relocating to Ireland, Tom’s discography includes records by David Bowie, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Travis Scott and Lady Gaga to name a few and will certainly provide some interesting insights to working in the industry.

AIM Ireland Connects is an opportunity for AIM Ireland members, new and old, to network and make new connections. The event will be hosted by broadcaster and musician Dara Quilty with complimentary drinks reception provided by event partner Jameson.
