Friday Mornings Beginners & Beyond Pottery ClassWith Beth Turnbull at Ailsa Craig Village Pottery
Fridays, 10am-1pm, September 26 to November 21,
NO CLASS October 10, November 14.
In this 7 week course we will focus on the core skills of making pottery on the wheel, along
with
complimentary handbuilding techniques. You will create cups, bowls, plates and more. We
will learn a
variety of finishing and decorating techniques and you will create 8-12 pieces, all of which
will be glazed
and fired, to be picked up a few weeks after the last class. Your pottery will be safe for
microwave, oven
and dishwasher use.
This course is perfect for the beginner, no experience necessary, however all are welcome,
as pottery
classes can be taken many times and the pottery artworks will always be different and your
skills will
continue to grow.
$483+ hst =$545.79 for 7 week course. Includes all tools, materials, and firing.
