Aikido Movement Workshop w/ Nathaniel Gilbert and Jude Blitz

An Aikido movement workshop, taught by Nathaniel Gilbert (5th dan) and Jude Blitz (6th dan), is open to all experience levels. An introduction to basic aikido movement and partner practices, as well as other exercises and verbal processing. Designed to give a sampling of aikido and explore creative options for conflict resolution somatically. This will take place in Nalanda 9180 “the dojo” and involve some rolling on mats: wear loose comfortable clothing.
