Come and join us for a seminar bringing together Aikido practicioners from around the South West. Friendship seminars are a way to practice with people of all different ages and abilities as well as different styles of Aikido in the spirit of learning from one another.Three teachers will be teaching throughout the day, each sharing their own experience.

We also have the pleasure of hosting special guest instructor James Rees from Fudoshin Aikido Cardiff. James brings with him sharp focus on kenjutsu and how it relates to Aikido.
The mat fee is £20.
Registration from 11:30am
First session 12pm to 12:50pm
Second session 1pm to 1:50pm
Lunch break 1:50pm to 2:10pm
Third session 2:10pm to 3pm
Fourth session 3:10pm to 4pm
