Aikido Beginner’s Course - Fall 2025Do you want to get in better shape, learn self-defense, and/or try something new? Come check out aikido at Denver Aikikai!
Aikido is a Japanese martial art that emphasizes balance, leverage, and gravity. You redirect an attacker’s energy to use it against them. As a result, your SIZE, STRENGTH, and AGE DON’T MATTER. It’s a terrific workout, a great confidence-builder, and a lot of fun.
Our next 8-week Beginner’s Course starts Saturday September 13th, 2025. Classes are Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7 and Saturday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30. You’ll learn at your own pace from experienced, supportive instructors and by training with other students of all levels who come to help our new members. The entire 8-week course is only $100, with no commitment or contract.
