About this Event

Join us on Friday, October 7th at 6:00PM to commemorate 20 years of the founding of the first AIGA chapter at an HBCU (Historically Black College and University). This exhibition is also a testament to the graduates' accomplishments and the rigor of a liberal arts education at Morgan State University. Their talent is evident as one journeys through the exhibition.

Thanks to the support of the AIGA, passionate faculty, and the enriching HBCU experience these Morganites continued to upskill and lead successful design careers in a challenging industry. AIGA MSU Student Chapter continues to support students today and allows alumni to give back to the community that birthed it. We look forward to the next cadre of alumni that emerges from the chapter into the design field. AIGA, the professional association for design, is the largest in the United States. MSU Student Chapter graduates with a degree in Graphic Design created the commemorative art in this exhibition with "20" as the theme.
