Step inside the real career journeys of a developer, an AIA Fellow, a public servant, and a firm principal as they open their CVs and share pivotal choices, unexpected turns, and defining moments that shaped their paths. Through an open conversation grounded in design thinking, the panel will explore how careers evolve, how to navigate uncertainty, and how to begin identifying the role you want to play in the built environment.
