AI4ALL Amsterdam Meetup: Where skills meet AI

AI4ALL Amsterdam Meetup: Where skills meet AI

You’re More Qualified for AI Than You Think.

You do not need a background in data science, machine learning, or coding to have a place in AI. In this talk, Nelly shares how an unexpected career moment led her to start experimenting with AI, find a gap in how people understood it, and build a role around helping others use it with confidence.

The talk is about finding where your existing skills meet AI, starting with real problems, and taking action before you feel fully ready.

What to bring
Curiosity and a willingness to participate.
Speaker:

Now let's meet our speaker, Nelly Lund is an AI experience and adoption lead at Philips Healthcare Informatics

She is a speaker, facilitator, and human-first leader . Nelly Lund leads AI Experience & Adoption at Philips Healthcare Informatics, where she works on a problem many companies are facing: How do you get AI out of the hands of a few enthusiasts and into the way thousands of people actually work?

Over nearly 20 years, she has worked across business transformation, employee experience, operations and change, usually with the same goal: making complicated things easier and finding better ways to bring people, processes and technology together to create value. At Philips Healthcare Informatics, she has helped build the AI Hub and a network of more than 130 AI Catalysts across functions, alongside company-wide learning and adoption programs.
